For Jewelry Order: We will ship your order within 1-2 days after you place it.

For Press On Nails: Given that each set is handmade to order, once you place your order we strive to deliver within 3-7 business days (this excludes holidays and weekends). This allows us time to ensure your nails will be made carefully and up to our standards.

Do you do same day Shipping?

For Jewelry: We do same-day shipping provided you place your order before 14:00 on that day.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the United-States, Canada, Australia, the UK, the EU and Germany.

What If a package is undeliverable?

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Please note that we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.

How long will it take to ship my order?

For Jewelry: Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.
Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 1 to 2 working days to process and mark it ready-for-delivery.

Care

Are there color differences between photos and jewelry?

Our product images are designed to show the colors of jewelry in different environments as closely as possible, but due to the lighting conditions of product photography, different screen settings and personal color sense, the colors of the products may not be reproduced 100% realistically. Therefore, deviations in color and tone are unavoidable and we ask for your understanding.

You can apply for a return within 14 days of placing your order, without having used it, so buy with confidence!

Will it lose color?

Sterling silver material will not lose color, silver over time will appear oxidation phenomenon which is normal.

Gold-plated products will be worn for a long time, how much color loss, the length of time varies from person to person, usually pay attention to care is to extend the color retention time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return it if I don't like it?

For Jewelry: All products are checked by us and carefully packed before the order is on its way to you. Because the jewelry belongs to the private personal items, in order to ensure that each customer receives the goods are brand new. We would like to point out that we can only accept returns due to quality defects within 14 days. Please be sure to check the package when it is handed over to you. If you are returning items, we ask that you pack them carefully in their original packaging.

For Press On Nails: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final.

How do I make a return?

For Jewelry: Yes! For 30 Days from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs.

Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

For Press On Nails: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final.
