Please note that, as our products are handmade, it takes an average of 3 to 7 business days to ship after the order is completed. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 3 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

Please note that unexpected delays may occur of which Yaccshop has no control over and is not responsible for. 

Orders usually cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Please note that we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.

Warranty

All quality issues within one year, we provide free warranty service.

Our commitment

After 1 year but within 2 years from the purchase date, customers only need to pay 50% of the product cost to replace it with a brand-new one, and we cover the shipping cost.

Please note

All warranty services cover product quality issues but do not include any damage caused by human factors

- Due to the handmade nature, non-quality related issues are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The unconditional warranty period is within 1 year, and the conditional warranty extends to 2 years.

- Natural freshwater pearls may have indentations, and patterns are considered normal and not quality issues.

- We encourage proper care of silver jewelry. Timely photo or video documentation is required for registration.

- Intentional malicious damage by customers is not covered under the warranty."

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Returns:

All items are carefully inspected and packed before shipping. Returns for quality defects are accepted within 14 days. Please check the package upon delivery. For your peace of mind, we also provide a one-year warranty for any quality issues, safeguarding your rights.

By placing an order on Yaccshop, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@yaccshop.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Lost packages are eligible for compensation, but relevant proof is required. If the package is marked as delivered but not received, customers need to obtain proof from the postal service. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team.

Duties & Tax

International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties upon arrival in the destination country. These potential additional costs are not covered or reimbursed by Yaccshop. Since import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
